    I hereby grant the Binbrook Baseball Association the irrevocable right to use or license others to use worldwide, without compensation, my image (player's image) or likeness captured during any game, tournament, event or activity in any photographic, video, digital imaging or other audio/visual format, for the purposes of publicity, marketing, promotion, news clips, public service announcements, video productions, television broadcasts, and/or website postings during the current baseball season. I also understand that my name may be used in conjunction with such images.


    Any player who was not registered with Binbrook Baseball for the 2019 playing season will be required to email a picture of their birth certificate to [email protected] to complete the registration process.

    ***Players MUST be registered within their appropriate age divisions. Failure to do so will result in a refund minus the Paypal transaction fee***

    I acknowledge that my player is registered in the appropriate age division and that I will send a picture of my player's birth certificate to [email protected] if required to do so in order to complete the registration process. 
  5. Dual Registration:

    By completing this form, you are registering with both Binbrook Baseball Association and Baseball Ontario. 

    Baseball Ontario appoints Binbrook Baseball Association to collect fees on its behalf, included in the registration fee collected through this process. No additional monies is charged to the parent registering locally. Baseball Ontario invoices Binbrook Baseball Association for fees collected.

In order to comply with Canadian legislation relating to commercial electronic messages, we are seeking your consent to communicate with you via electronic messages, including email, related to your relationship with Baseball Ontario including team selection, program, membership, promotional materials and other Baseball Ontario information.     Under Rowan's Law, before any player can be registered with the local association and Baseball Ontario, the player, and the parent or legal guardian of the player if the player is under 18 years of age, must review one of the Concussion Education Resources provided by the Province of Ontario and must review the Player Code of Conduct.     I hereby confirm that the player being registered to participate in baseball activities with the local association and Baseball Ontario, and the parent or legal guardian of the player being registered if the player is under 18 years of age, have reviewed one of the concussion education resources provided by the Province of Ontario as referenced above and have reviewed the player code of conduct as referenced above. I / we further acknowledge understanding the nature and risk of concussion and head injury to athletes, including the risks of continuing to play after a concussion or head injury is suspected.
